Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • The wrong item or size was sent.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Some categories (customized, opened hygiene or fragrance items, etc.) may not be returnable for safety reasons.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
